07/16/2025, 12:30 PMHow do I delete the calls that are scheduled and currently in the queue, but can't be sent as the Latest At time is way past? I can't make even a single call and keep getting a "concurrent call exceeds" error, even though there are no concurrent calls.

The concurrency limit was reset a few hours ago, but after a single test call, I again encountered the concurrency limit exceeded error. Kindly look into this, as even a single test call via the dashboard is triggering the concurrency hit.
Also, it would be great if we had a simple option to DELETE or CANCEL all scheduled calls and RESET the concurrency limit ourselves. This would surely ease a lot of work for the tech support team.
