Issue: Verification process not completing after ID and selfie submission
Steps taken:
1. Submitted ID photo and selfie via phone
2. Received "wait 3 minutes" message
3. No progress after 5-6 hours
4. Attempted 3 times with same result

This procces is very bad, every time when I need to connect need to do this, is very unconfortable. You can made some 2FA with sms or email, but this is very bad, loosing a lot of time with this and I have to make some serios changes.
