Transfer call tool

I am trying to create a transfer call tool that would transfer the call to the other assistant when another language is detected. In the field "Assistant Name" I input the name of the assistant that I am 100% sure exists (I have copied it from the dashboard, so no mistake possible). When I connect the tool to the assistant, I am not allowed to make a test call because the system says that there is an error with the transfer call tool because the assistant with the given assistant name is not found. ( I am sure there is an assistant with such a name published). See the screenshot for the proof. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1397966246208606308/1397966246540087450/Screenshot_2025-07-24_at_17.35.26.png?ex=6883a506&is=68825386&hm=ed32ab42acad92eb0978c94388c1a1c42be91fbc0519e31cc956161ca13b59bc&

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share: \- The call ID \- When exactly this happened (the timestamp) \- What response you expected to get \- What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

Hello again! It happened on the 24th of July. There is no call ID as soon as I could not start the call due to the error. I expected to be able to test the assistant and to be able to initiate the transfer between two existing assistants by request described through the tool in question. Instead I got an error which says that the bot I want to transfer the call to does not exist (though I am 100% sure that the bot does exist) Thank you in advance!

Hey Tim, could you share the assistant_id and org_id? That way, our team can check it out.
