A simple issue that I am probably messing up... no matter what I put in the transfer tool's transfer message. The system just will not read it. Can I get information on how to fix this? Thanks! The message is there... just doesn't say it. The call transfers just fine, but no message.

Add a request-start message in the config to say what you want before transfer. If you use Twilio, switch to warm-transfer-with-summary, which supports custom speech. Otherwise, you’ll need to wait for Vapi to fix it (they’ve acknowledged the issue).
