08/01/2025, 10:43 AMCould you please confirm which TLS version is currently being used for my account? If it is any version other than 1.0, I would like to request that it be updated to TLS 1.0, as this is the version I need.
I understand that the available versions are 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2, but I specifically require 1.0 for compatibility reasons.

08/01/2025, 10:44 AMIm trying to setup a BYO SIP Trunk but my provider is requiring TLS version 1.0 for integration.

08/05/2025, 12:02 AMDue to our provider requirements, we are not able to provide TLS1.0 support, however if you would like to configure a SIP Trunk with us you can opt for TCP transport or UDP. Let us know if you have any questions
