Why call log does't show customer phone number and date and time?

Call logs may not show the customer’s phone number or date/time if the assistant uses the same number as the caller or if the customer.number field is missing in the API request so ensure you’re using a different caller ID and passing all required fields properly..

I'm happened figured out for my self that was issue number E164 format. It shows with country code only (+1). Thank you!
