Hello! I was having some issues with my agents, which involved 'voice circuits being overloaded' when i try to open the assitant. I realised that this is exclusive to assistants with 'PlayHT' voice provider and 'Ruby' as the voice which i cant seem to find at all now once ive created a new assitant. i then went on to your community voice library to see the voice options and providers and when i try to explore on PlayHT, it returns the exact same issue as when clicking onto the bugged agents. Hi, i sent an email to the support team. i wasnt able to provide a assistant id as im not able to preview the assistant at all. if theres another way to check, please let me know. call logs didnt work either in seeing the assistant id
