Sorry you're running into this! The error
call.in-progress.error-vapifault-eleven-labs-system-busy-and-requested-upgrade
means the Eleven Labs provider is currently overloaded or your plan's limits have been reached. Actionable step: Please contact [Vapi support](https://docs.vapi.ai/support) with your call ID and account email so they can investigate and advise on upgrading or resolving the provider issue. If this is urgent, you can also try switching to a different TTS provider in your assistant's configuration as a temporary workaround. also experiencing this
And I'm not even using an ElevenLabs voice. I'm using native vapi voices and it's broken across all of them

Everybody is experiencing this, this is a global failure. Just switch to other voice providers for now. Pretty sure VAPI will fix this quickly

@Vapi Support Bot @Vapi is there any way to have failures like this surfaced when I make the API call? Or at least before actually ringing the recipient's phone? I would much prefer that and alarm on it in my own system I guess if this is error info is being sent in the server webhooks I can alarm on it that way, but it seems like this stuff happens all the time and I need a way of alerting myself so I can take action (stop my system from making calls, switch out voice providers, etc)

Thanks for your feedback. To clarify, are you looking for a way to detect provider failures (like TTS outages) before the call is initiated, so you can prevent the call from ringing the recipient? This will help me provide the most relevant guidance based on Vapi's current capabilities.
