Hello everyone I'm reaching out for some help with experience. I've been working on this I can't seem to get it to work. Vapi and Make.ai -caller name on first message Objective: Have assistant recognized. The callers name on the initial inbound call. Make looks up the number and finds the matching name, return it back to the assistant. With minimum latency. Information I'm attaching. The profile for the phone number and the assistant. As well as a blueprint of the Make scenario I'm having very sporadic. Responses. A few times It worked when. I use a number on my list, it's also failed under those circumstances as well. For numbers that are completely unknown have not had it work at all. I'm receiving 429 errors and that may be part of the problem. Maybe due to toom any attempts? I was hoping someone. Speak with me, maybe we walk thru it together so I can learn? Before you place the call on make.com, you should set up a node that fetches the name of the customer from the database first. Then you can initiate the call with the customer name as an

assistantOverride.variableValues

. If you are having trouble with this setup, would you mind sending some screenshots of your workflow in make.com? A screen recording going through each of the steps in its current state will also suffice
