Can support please help me copy an assistant over to another organization? I believe I saw a post saying it could be done on the back end. Thanks!

Why does it need to be manually done? "Copy" is the wrong word. That means the assistant IDs would change which would require other changes on the backed. Can I please provide a list of assistant IDs and have them ported over to a different organization?
