Noticing that the Outbound Campaign menu is missing from the dashboard. Is this happening for anyone else?

Turn your phone to landscape mode and see if the side bar changes. Also try to request the desktop site if possible. If all else fails, switch the update channel for the org to

weekly

and clear cache and cookies for your web browser

Works now. Though I am far from impressed by the regression of the workflow agents' tool use.
