To make sure my account is compliant, I urgently need information and access to the Trust Center. I have been waiting for a long time now without receiving any response or guidance, and my Trust Center access is still not enabled. This is becoming critical, as I cannot operate my account in a legally compliant way without this. Hey guys, I'm as well based in Germany and do have access to your Trust Center. But I thought GPDR said that no data may be processed outside the EU. Is it possible to switch to a European server, as I saw some users on Reddit writing that. Thank you! Greetings, Niclas

We are GDPR compliant, but we currently run all of our servers in the US. There are multiple functions that we offer like for example HIPAA, which disables storing all logs on any of our servers and you can assign a cloud storage to keep that data in a region of your preference.
