I've integrated GHL to Vapi and inserted the Calendar ID per instructions into the "Check Calendar Availability" Tool in Vapi, and when I try to schedule an appointment, the Ai tells me there's no availability at all in the calendar no matter how far into the future I ask it to check. Please help. And is there any work around or other options to integrate the calendar into Vapi? Hello, thank you for the information. The Vapi Ai timezone did match the GHL timezone, but I went ahead and included "The current date and time..." into the prompt, and I did change all recurrences of the availability to checkGHLAvailability. I was able to get the Ai to schedule an appointment but there are some issues that I'm running into now... 1. The information on the GHL calendar are different or some missing info on Google calendar 2. It allows me to schedule an appointment, but when I have my partner and other people call after my appointment, they get a message from Vapi Ai that there are no more available openings at all. The original error message we were getting before. It seems I can only make an appointment and after that, the scheduler shuts down. I don't know what to do at this point. It would be nice if we can get this to work properly so we can launch this part of our business to our current clients, and other clients of our partners as well. My business partner has asked me to look for other Ai call agent. I really don't want to, but if I can't resolve this issue we won't have a choice but to try other platforms. Please HELP.
