Vapi Function Tools giving error "No Result Return...

Webhook created on Make.com . Details attached.
Earlier, I create a server with 13 tools, which were not working. So I tried a very simple tool that returns a plain string. But this is also not working. Webhook is sending correct response in correct format but the tool call response in Vapi Call Logs says "No Result Returned".
