What I’ve tried so far:
Tested across multiple assistants (old + new templates)
Different models (GPT-5, GPT-4o, etc.)
With/without Make webhooks
Different browsers/devices
Even a brand new Vapi account (different Gmail)
Same error every time. Calls either end instantly with “meeting ended” or throw the red error above.
I’ve attached JSON call logs + screenshots to support.
This looks like a platform bug / LiveKit room issue, not config-related. Can you confirm if this is a known outage and ETA for fix?

09/10/2025, 12:58 PMI noticed there’s another open ticket about the Arabic transcriber not working (TalkScriber provider). In that case, the Vapi Support Bot and user confirmed it was provider-side — switching to OpenAI fixed it.
My issue seems similar but broader: all my assistants, across different providers (OpenAI models, ElevenLabs voice, Deepgram, etc.), instantly fail with “Exiting meeting because room was deleted.” Since it persists across accounts, browsers, and configs, this looks like a platform-wide provider integration / LiveKit room issue, not something local to me.
Just flagging this link because it may help you correlate root cause and confirm if this is a known outage.
