Suggestion: Please ensure you have allowlisted the following Vapi IP addresses in your SIP provider's firewall or access control settings, as missing this step is a common cause of outbound call failures:

Hi, to configure the SIP Trunk, please follow the documentation for whitelisting the IP addresses: Then use this template as a guide to configuring both inbound and outbound gateways. The inbound gateway will need a static IP address and the outbound gateway will use the resolved domain name using UDP protocol:

Once you have configured the SIP trunk, you will receive a value for credentialId. Save that and use it for the next step of assigning the SIP trunk to a phone number, as that is a required value for setting up the phone number. Question ,is there an EU relay for the sip calls by the way ? Our customer is in eastern EU and there is latency to be reduced .. And thanks, will try the above

hello, pelase i have a problem in the outbound calls, i am getting: call.in-progress.error-sip-outbound-call-failed-to-connect. i am using sip trunk form a local provider, the inobund is working but outboundshowed this message, kindly advise what to do.. my current connection is sip trunk, firewall and then vapi server
