Hey guys! Somebody know why is my outbound calls are so bad? So basically when the agent speaks i hear these background noises, it sounds like its in an office and people are speaking in the background. And when i answer the agents questions, the assistant cant hear my voice. I listened to the voice recording and u cant really hear my answer because it s so distorted. I attached the sound file.
