I’m creating an outbound campaign with a database of 134 phone numbers. The processing is completed, but under “total calls” it only shows 11. What could be happening?
- Outbound Calls ID: e435bcdc-0fcd-4c51-90ca-b06ba7b69f9d
I’ve already tested with other databases today and had the same problem.
Even with the concurrency limit set to 11 (10+1), if I launch an outbound campaign with 134 numbers, shouldn’t it try to make 11 calls at a time until it completes the list of 134 numbers?
Thank you.

Thank you for the details. To help narrow down the cause, could you confirm whether your uploaded CSV file for the campaign contains all 134 phone numbers in the required E.164 format (e.g., +14151234567) and without any blank rows or formatting issues? This will help determine if the issue is related to data import or campaign processing.

Hi, I can help you troubleshoot this. With a concurrency limit of 11, the system should process 11 calls at a time, but it seems the campaign isn’t continuing through the full list. Can you check if there’s a batch continuation or rate-limit setting stopping further calls? Also, are any errors appearing in the logs for the remaining numbers?
