Yeah, ALOT of people, included my company, who have multiple Saas companies leveraging Vapi are locked out with no response or help from Vapi. This is entirely avoidable and sheer incompetence. My company is looking into other platforms, or hitting Google Live API or the Open AI Realtime API directly.

we only use vapi as a quick test for things, which is really useful, but there are other ways we can do it .. build your own pipeline .. happy we bailed early on these voice agent companies .. all the same.. no customer support at all .. cant rely on them.
