Hi Vapi Support Team, I’m setting up an outbound AI calling agent for my company UGS and I’m blocked by two missing features in my workspace: 1. Twilio integration is not available under Settings → Integrations (I only see Telnyx and Vonage). 2. I cannot attach a Workflow/Flow Builder to my assistant (no Workflows/Call Flow option appears, and the Workflows menu is missing). Could you please enable the following for my project? - Telephony Integrations → Twilio (so I can connect our Twilio Account SID/Auth Token and import our voice numbers) - Outbound Campaigns (CSV dialing) - Workflows / Flow Builder (to attach our call flow to the assistant) ### What I see now - In Settings → Integrations it only shows Telnyx and Vonage — no Twilio tile. - In Assistants, there’s no field to connect a Workflow/Call Flow. To import a twilio number, please use the phone number page on the dashboard and

create phone number

button to import from your twilio account using your account SID and API key. Workflows are used without connecting assistants since its release out of beta. If you need to use an assistant with a workflow, you can use one of the SDKs with Vite and override the assistantId variable. This is not recommended, but is a workaround found by the community members on discord. Search for 'vite vapi.start workflow' and the post should appear.
