10/16/2025, 10:59 AMI am issue in call summary after adding JSON for summary also it is not procceding with it and giving the summary which is created by LLM.

10/16/2025, 4:43 PMI can help you fix that issue. It seems like the call summary JSON isn’t being processed correctly, so the LLM is generating its own summary instead. Could you share how you’re adding the JSON, maybe through schema or prompt metadata?
