Hey guys, I am new to this voice agent thing and I have a twillio number that I am getting routed to Vapi and that is all working fine. But I would like the phone to ring a couple of times before the agent answers so it is more realistic. Is that possible? Currently as soon as a customer presses call then agent is on the end of the call.

To make the phone "ring" before your Vapi agent answers, you can use Twilio's TwiML to play a ringing sound before redirecting the call to Vapi. Here’s a sample TwiML you can set as your webhook for incoming calls:

How Do I get the the webhook url? I am currently directing straight to the elastic trunk so I am not using TwiML

@g0053 This is actually a cosmetics concern. A subjective preference. Believe me, when a customer's call answered immediately - its always a positive experience. I created 4 Ai Agent already, this amazed my client's customer.
