Hi team, hope you’re doing well. I’m evaluating the Enterprise Plan and would appreciate a deeper breakdown of how it works. Could you clarify all the components specifically lines, concurrency limits, available minutes, and the full pricing structure? I’m aligning this with an upcoming production workflow, so having end to end visibility on the model is key. Thanks in advance for the support!

Hey there, I'll answer those questions for you: Data center is in US Yes, there is some latency to Australia. Pricing for enterprise can be found on the pricing page. Self hosting is not available yet (rough ETA Q1 2026) You're welcome.

Is there a phone number I can call? No one has replied to my emails.

Hi there, Concurrency / Lines You start with 10 concurrent lines by default. This means up to 10 active calls can run at the same time. Once you hit that concurrency limit, any new inbound calls will be dropped unless you’re using the Outbound Campaign feature, which has built-in auto-queueing to manage overflow. You can also purchase additional concurrency lines on the billing page. Available Minutes Your available minutes are determined by the credits you’ve purchased combined with the per-minute cost of your assistant configuration (model, voice provider, telephony provider, etc.). As you adjust your assistant setup, your effective per-minute rate may change accordingly. Pricing Details For all other pricing components — model costs, provider costs, telephony rates, and volume discounts — you can find the full breakdown here: If you have any other questions or want help mapping this to your production workflow, feel free to drop them here — happy to assist.
