I am trying to find the VAPI cost per minute for 4o model and GPT5 model. How can I find this? I need VAPI cost for both models so i can decide what to offer my customers.

VAPI charges a flat $0.05 per minute for all models, including GPT-4o and GPT-5. The total cost per minute is:
Total per-minute cost = $0.05 (VAPI fee) + [Provider fee for GPT-4o or GPT-5]
To get the full cost, check the provider's (e.g., OpenAI) pricing for each model and add it to the VAPI fee. For more details, see the [VAPI pricing documentation](https://docs.vapi.ai/pricing). I am unable to understand VAPI costing. That's why I cannot make proper offers for my customers. The cost I calculate from the VAPI pricing page is different from what is actually charged to me. I saw call logs and cost divisions as well. Is there any page that explicitly explains the pricing so that everything is in sync, from VAPI price calculation to VAPI actual costs?

Hey, I understand pricing can get a bit confusing. For the most accurate information on VAPI costs, you can check the VAPI pricing documentation . It breaks down the fees and helps you calculate costs clearly. If you're seeing discrepancies, it might be worth checking your call logs against the pricing details. Let me know if you need more help!

@parveen I’d like to share an example regarding pricing. On the pricing page, it states that 11labs charges $0.036 per minute. In the call log, there is a call that consumed 811 characters and its cost was $0.04. I want to understand how this $0.04 was calculated. The total duration of the call was 1 minute and 4 seconds. In another call, which used 495 characters with duration of 1 minutes and 2 seconds, the cost for text-to-speech (TTS) with 11labs was $0.02. Can you help me understand this pricing?

Hi, could you please provide a call id where you experienced this issue? We would like to review the logs to identify the cause.
