Yes, but with time has gotten less precise, I've been having issues like: 1.- The bot sometimes says the office is closed even though we’re still within open hours, or it tries to transfer a call on a day the office is actually closed. 2.- When reading the hours out loud, it occasionally says things like “9am minus 12pm,” which wasn’t happening before. So I'm looking for ways to improving this, maybe even a certain way of adding/writing them in the prompt
