campaign always schedule and not making any calls

Check your organization's concurrency limit: If your Vapi org has a low concurrency limit (e.g., 1 or 2), only that many calls can be started at once and the rest will remain queued, causing campaigns to appear "In Progress" without making calls. To resolve, increase your concurrency limit in your Vapi dashboard or contact your admin. Example: If your limit is 2 and you have 3 calls, only 2 will start; the third will wait until a slot is free. @Vapi Support Bot can you check on what i just said

Action Step: Double-check that your outbound campaign is using a valid phone number from your telephony provider (like Twilio), not a Vapi free number, as free numbers do not work for outbound campaigns. To verify: - Go to your campaign's phone number settings and ensure the selected number is from your provider. If the number is not set up correctly, update it and relaunch the campaign. Next step: Go to your Vapi dashboard and navigate to Observe > Call Logs and Observe > API Logs. Review these logs for any error messages or failed call attempts—this will help pinpoint why your calls remain in "queued" status. Tip: Look for configuration errors, missing required fields, or API issues in the logs.
