VAPI warm transfer issues again. I sent my call logs to support at 15:56 on Sunday. Bascially I have a squad, when one agent hands off to another agent, the first thing it should do it try and call the human team via a warm transfer. if this fails it should come back to the agent. However, the agents seem to be getting confused on the subagent if a handoff tool also exists it tries to do something with this, (although this is not always clear) you then need to prompt the agent to do the actual transfer. If you remove the handoff tool for the subagent the warm transfer works everytime.
