Hello Vapi team,

I am using Vapi for outbound AI calls in Canada (Quebec). I have a Canadian phone number with SignalWire (+1 579 xxx xxxx) and I need to import it into Vapi. However, in my dashboard I do not see: - Telephony → Providers - Import SignalWire / Telnyx / Twilio Can you please enable BYOT (Bring Your Own Telco) / External Providers for my organization? This is required for Canadian outbound calling. Thank you

Hi Mr GG, I can enable BYOT/External Providers for your org so you can import your SignalWire number. Please reply with your Organization ID (or confirm the one on file) and the phone number you want to import (E.164). After I have that I’ll enable the Telephony/Providers section and confirm when you can access: - Integrations → Phone Number Providers → SIP Trunk / Import - Then follow import steps in our SIP/Telnyx or Twilio docs as needed: - Telnyx: https://docs.vapi.ai/telnyx - SIP trunk guide (SignalWire will use a BYO SIP trunk flow): https://docs.vapi.ai/advanced/sip/telnyx If you already prefer to proceed with SignalWire specifically, include any SIP credentials or whether you want a SIP trunk vs. phone-number import and I’ll prepare the exact next-step checklist.
