Hi I am running an ecommerce skincare store on Shopify and use VAPI for handling customer calls through extensive prompt only. I want to connect my Shopify store with VAPI for fetching real time order and fulfillment data after order no and email authentication if the customer wants the order status. I also need to build an outbound call feature using llm integration for calling customers for 7-8 use cases like wrong address, wrong email, chargeback response etc. currently I am using outbound campaigns for such use cases which are inefficient.
