We are also experiencing this issue with our VAPI account, across the board (we have hundreds of lines). The error from the vapi call logs is "Ended: Call.in progress.error vapifault worker not available"

I am getting the same error

Also seeing this. Web calls take ~1 minute to connect and inbound calls to my assistants get "Ended: Call.in progress.error vapifault worker not available"

When we call our lines, it answers with silence and then hangs up

I just saw that occur with my last call

Is there any way to reach VAPI support other than this discord channel?
