When I try to re-charge the wallet after my trial ended, I get a "no payment method". However there is a payment method with stripe/link associated. I've also added it in the form. In addition I tried to send a ticket for support and still got another error. Can anybody check? Wallet ID 6171c9a5-1907-4e24-9559-caa74cefd7ca

Hi Jesús, Once you enter your payment information, please make sure to click the checkmark to save the payment method. You’ll know it’s saved when the details are masked with dots and you see a confirmation message indicating that the payment information has been saved. I’ve attached a few screenshots for clarity.
