Yes it’s possible. Twilio plays the hold/ringback tone by default while the call is being bridged. To remove it, you need to answer the call immediately and route it directly to VAPI (via TwiML or SIP) without using hold states. I’ve done this before and can help you configure it properly so the caller hears the assistant instantly. @adiel098
