It has seen few times that AI started calling multiple calls of different tools even after the tool succeded. This did not happen before and started happening since 1-2 weeks ago. DId this come up out of nowhere? Can you share your system prompt? Does your prompt have slanted ' and " symbols?

we haven't seen any more issues like this as of now and the one we had before is too far down the call logs, would be too much to find. Will keep the ticket open and let you know if this happens again.
