Hi. I have two new subaccounts that I cannot link to my GHL subaccounts. Never had this issue before. When clicking Connect to the GHL Integration (the MCP one), it opens the normal tab, I select the subaccount, and when I click Connect, it goes back normally but without connecting. It does not give an error message.

I havent had any other subaccounts connected recently, but I have more than ten other subbacouns whose integration is working fine.

Hey that’s definitely frustrating, especially since your other subaccounts connect without issues. When it silently fails like this, it’s usually a permission sync or auth refresh problem on those specific accounts. I’d try reconnecting from an incognito window or disconnecting the integration from GHL first. Were these two subaccounts newly created, cloned, or moved from another agency?. @Dario Aldana

Both of them were recently created. But also, for testing purposes, I deleted the connection with GHL in an old account that it was working properly to see if I could reconnect that. And didnt work either. So it's happening to old or new accounts, disregarding if the connection was established before or not.

Our team is actively working on resolving the issue with the GHL MCP integration. As a workaround, you can use a connector service like [make.com](http://make.com), then create a webhook on [make.com](http://make.com) after connecting GHL, and create an API request tool to hit that webhook for GHL data.
