Campaign stopped (concurrency) and didn´t restart.

I launched a voice call campaign for 40 numbers using the dashboard. Campaign stopped at 10 calls (due to concurrency, which makes sense) but never restarted. It is still pending after 30 minutes, last time it worked differently (campaign restarted after 10th call). Is this normal? thanks. It is not typical for queued calls to remain pending for 30 minutes after hitting the concurrency limit—normally, queued calls should retry as slots free up. To address this, try increasing your concurrency limit in the Vapi Dashboard:
1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Find "Reserved Concurrency (Call Lines)" and increase the limit.
If the issue persists after raising the limit, please contact Vapi Support for further investigation, as this may indicate an unexpected system issue. It’s not normal. I can see that the concurrency is back to normal now. Have you done anything on your side to fix it, and were you able to complete the campaign? I’ll analyze the logs to identify the issue. Please let me know if you have any additional information.
