All Vapi Organizations Vanished after client logge...

Hi, I have a client who has a Vapi account under admin@sell-morehomes.com He just told me right now that he did a Google login into Vapi, when the account was a regular login, and he's not seeing any of the organizations inside Vapi. I think him doing a Google login reset Vapi. There were a lot of organizations that were setup and running for him on there, can this be reverted back so we don't lose all of our organizations?

Hi Taha, I reviewed the email address you provided. It only has one subscription visible from my end which was created today. If thats the case, it probably means the old organization has been deleted. Unfortunately it is not possible to recover organizations which are deleted. However, I can look for specific organizations if you could provide me their organization IDs.

How would I provide the organization IDs? I have the assistant IDs
How would logging in through Google rather than regular login delete all organizations and everything? This is unbelievable
And my client had paid for all organizations as well, so what is to be done about all those wallet balances? There were around 11 total.

Can you log in with the email/password instead of the google SSO? I know other platforms will literally hold two uniquely different accounts per sign in method

No I can't. It said invalid login credentials. Should I try resetting the password?

I realized that's most likely not the issue cuz then all the assistants would be working and none of them are when i call them
It did create a brand new account over the existing one
@Bharath any updates?? My client has been waiting for days now, and is asking if there will be reimbursements for the credits that were purchased and not used
