I can't refill my account with a valid credit card. My calls are not going through!!

Try manually switching to credit-based billing: Go to the [Vapi billing page](https://dashboard.vapi.ai/org/billing) and click on "Switch to Credit Based Billing". This often resolves issues where credits or payments aren't reflected immediately. If the problem persists after this step, let me know how long ago you added credits so I can suggest the next troubleshooting action. Someone needs to help me fix this or I will have to move over everything to anther provider. it should not take days to get help on a payment.

You will know if your payment is saved when your information is hidden by dots and you receive a notification that states

payment information saved

. After you save your payment method, you will be able to purchase credits.
