I'm working on a voice agent that needs to collect caller information and have a specific use case I'd like to get feedback on.

### My Scenario:
1. I need to ask users whether the number they're calling from is a **mobile** or **landline**
2. If they say **mobile**, I can capture their mobile number using {{customer.number}}
3. If they say **landline**, I need them to provide their mobile number

### My Question:
**Can I use the Keypad Input tool to reliably capture mobile numbers from callers?**

dont u feel u can ask the phone number in call and capture from there and send message

yeah, but the dialpad seems to be a more accurate method.
