we are facing issues where the call transfer tool is not being called properly despite it being explicitly written in the prompt. You can see here the assistant says it will transfer the call, however fails to call the tool. Caller hangs up after waiting about a whole minute. This is happening a lot more often now. Hi @luckshan.d, Could you please provide me with the Call IDs where this issue was occurring? This will help me review the call logs and find why the transfer is not taking place.
