Hello, i am trying to connect highlevel through MCP. but when i click on connect, it redirects me back to the vapi dashboard and nothing happens.. ive tried uninstalling the vapi app in GHL but i cant, i dont know what to do.

Hey @Pablito I know that redirect loop is frustrating. Good news: this is usually just a permission issue, not a platform problem. Make sure you’re inside the correct Location (not Agency view) in GHL. Then try this: Log out of both Vapi and GHL Open an incognito window Log into GHL first Then reconnect from Vapi → MCP If it still loops, check GHL → Settings → Integrations and see if Vapi is already listed. Are you in Agency view or a sub-account right now? We’ll get this connected once it’s linked, everything runs smoothly.

i have agency access so when i click in Vapi to connect highlevel MCP it goes to a log in page in GHL, and there i select the subaccount where i want vapi installed

Got @Pablito it that means it partially connected. GHL shows it installed, but Vapi didn’t finish saving the connection (token issue). Try this: • Go to the sub-account → Settings → Integrations → remove Vapi (if possible) • If not, check Agency → App Marketplace and uninstall it there • Log out of both platforms • Open incognito, log into the sub-account directly • Reconnect from Vapi → MCP If it still shows installed in GHL but not connected in Vapi, we may need Vapi support to reset it. We’re close this is usually just a connection glitch.

Don’t bother, there’s been an issue with ghl mcp connection to vapi since the ending of last year and they will solve the issue before the end of April I guess. They advice for you to check for alternatives which is make.com and n8n… I can guide you through the connection of ghl to vapi on make.com or n8n if you need the connection urgently…

Do you work for vapi? If so why don't you know about this outage that has been plaguing us for months?

They don’t work for Vapi. Please be cautious, they’re not affiliated with the company. From what I’ve seen, they appear to be inexperienced freelancers who rely on ChatGPT to answer basic issues just to seem like experts and charge people for it. Most of them just join the server in under 2 to 3 weeks so they won’t know about issues that has already been addressed by the vapi teams. Make sure you verify who you’re dealing with before making any payment.
