These are live and in production agents for clients. All inbound calls from VAPI hoseted and Twillio numbers to multiple agents are failing and won't connect. Calls are disconnecting prior to any agent interaction. Additionally connections through VAPI dashboard to talk to the assistants are not functioning. Agent IDs: ef88cea5-2004-4f0d-9553-2d93fc48c12c badb6930-e606-415c-b63f-99d798267303 2e3bcf42-9309-4709-a01d-be2dc3f6d642
I just found out how to switch from daily to weekly and weekly now all my agents are running again. To change the API traffic channel in Vapi for your organization, navigate to your organization settings page to switch between "daily" or "weekly" channels. This configuration affects which cluster your API traffic is routed to, which can be useful for managing stability or testing updates. Steps: Go to the organization settings and locate the channel configuration option. Options: Select either "daily" or "weekly" to determine your traffic routing, as noted in this community post. Hope this helps someone. VAPI has been fantastic since I've been using it for the past 10-12 months or so. This is the first major outage I've experiience and been aware of. Only becuase I was in the middle of testing.
Thanks to @Leo for the assist!

Hi, kinda new to Vapi, about a 30-day user, and got the outage today, several calls did not connect. Seems to be working now. I've been reading this thread, and my question is about the switching between daily to weekly. Should that be the solution? or are we waiting for some Vapi's support team suggestions to fix the outage? thanks for any answers, new to this 😉

on our end, we did nothing. Vapi just fixed the issue.

Yes, this was an outage on Vapi’s side. Switching to Weekly resolved the issue temporarily, and it was soon fully fixed. We recommend staying on the Weekly channel as it is more stable and less prone to changes. You can track any outages here: https://status.vapi.ai/ Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
