I am noticing that the amount I am being actually charged is substantially more (by more than double) than the "Total Cost" metric on my dashboard and Metrics reporting. I need to know where I can find accurate cost allocations for each assistant, so that I can probably book the expenses against clients. Where can I find accurate usage and financial reporting? Related, I connected my own Cartesia and ElevenLabs API keys, and am being charged by the providers directly, but have not seen a drop in call cost. Appreciate your guidance.
