Need exact SIP User-Agent for carrier allowlisting...

I'm setting up a BYO SIP trunk with a carrier (from Honduras), and they already allowlisted Vapi’s SIP IPs (44.229.228.186 and 44.238.177.138). Now they’re asking for the exact SIP User-Agent header that Vapi’s SBC sends so they can whitelist/permit it on their side. Do you know what User-Agent string Vapi uses for outbound SIP traffic / SIP registration? And is it a fixed value, or can it vary by region/infrastructure? I've searched through all docs and couldn't find anything about this. Thanks 🙏

Vapi doesn’t publish or guarantee a fixed SIP User-Agent. It can vary depending on their SBC/infrastructure. Best option: have the carrier rely on IP allowlisting, or capture a SIP trace (INVITE) from a test call to get the exact User-Agent being sent I can help @tony.artavia
