We are trying to get an end-of-call webhook from a Squad. The event is not firing, and I do not see it in the Audit Log for the call. I have the web hook configured on the Greeter (Start Node) agent, and on the Agent that is the Closer and hangs up the phone. I cannot figure out where I should be configuring this. I've looked at the VAPI API Documentation, but it is clear as mud. Any help, pointer or example would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your detailed explanation. To help you further: Could you clarify what you mean by "Squad"? For example, is it a group of agents, a workflow, or something else in your Vapi setup? This will help me point you to the correct place for webhook configuration. Source: - [Setting Server URLs](https://docs.vapi.ai/server-url/setting-server-urls)

Feels like the webhook isn’t actually hooked into the call’s end event, which is why nothing shows up in the audit log. In VAPI, setting it on the Greeter or Closer alone usually isn’t enough—it needs to sit at the call/workflow level so it fires when the session truly ends. I’d double-check where the end-of-call event is defined and make sure it’s enabled globally, not just on specific nodes. Happy to jump in and help you troubleshoot this, are you currently using only node-level webhooks or do you have anything set at the Squad/workflow level? @Michael Deale

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the Squad ID/Call ID? That would help us investigate this further.
