Hey Jacob ,this looks like a deliverability issue, not just “emails not sending.” Usually it’s SPF/DKIM or inbox filtering blocking VAPI emails, which is why you can’t access your account. I fixed a similar issue for Soltan (domain auth problem) and Francis (emails landing in suppression/spam silently). I can quickly trace where yours is breaking and fix it. Quick one — are you using Gmail or a custom domain? And have you ever received VAPI emails before?
