Got it, if nothing’s happening at all, it likely means the MCP connection isn’t even initializing. I’d start by checking your endpoint, auth keys, and whether Vapi is firing any events logs there will tell a lot. We can also route this through Make (formerly Integromat) as a fallback to get things moving reliably while we debug MCP. I usually trace it step-by-step from Vapi → MCP → GHL to pinpoint the break.
