To clarify: we already have 30 credits in our account, but the wallet ledger specifically shows -$0.28, which blocks ALL outbound calls with the error: "Your Wallet Balance is -0.28. Please Purchase More Credits or Upgrade Your Plan Before Proceeding." These are two separate ledgers in your system, and adding credits does not clear the wallet debt. What we need: please zero out / write off the -$0.28 wallet balance for our org.
