the agent is speaking random and irrelevant words. I've checked the logs and it is not from llm. That usually happens from the TTS/STT side, bad token streaming, tool outputs, or hidden debug text being passed into the voice response. Since it’s not coming from the LLM logs, I’d check the transcription provider, tool responses, and any function/tool-call outputs being injected into speech.
