provisioning phone numbers in the EU dashboard

Hi, I’m having an issue with multiple phone numbers in the EU dashboard. I added three Twilio numbers and none of them work — when calling from any carrier I get the message “this number does not exist”. In the dashboard, all of these fields are missing for every number: Provider Status Capabilities Routing Twilio SID It looks like the numbers are not being provisioned at all. Also, the calls never reach Vapi, so no Call ID appears in the Calls panel. Could you please check if there is a provisioning issue in the EU region or something wrong with how the Twilio SID is being linked? One of the numbers I had previously in the US region worked fine, but these new EU numbers don’t seem to activate. Thanks.

Yes, I can help with this. From what you described, this strongly points to a provisioning/linking issue between your Twilio numbers and the EU dashboard rather than a carrier problem. The missing fields (SID, capabilities, routing, status) usually mean the numbers were not properly registered or synced into the system, which would also explain why calls never reach Vapi and no Call IDs are generated. I can review the Twilio provisioning, confirm whether the EU region is correctly mapped, and verify the SID linkage and number activation flow so the numbers properly register and start routing calls again. @Lorena Martínez Perea

Hi, Sorry for the delay. Could you please share any relevant Call ID or Org ID related to the issue? It would also be very helpful if you could share a screen recording showing the issue and the steps to reproduce it.
