Hey all, a quick question, is there any reason for price changes / differences between assistants using the exact same setups. Our live agent "Vaydur" was 0.14/min then as soon as we started using it, it jumped to 0.21/min. But if I set up a new assistant using the same settings, new agent shows 0.14/min again.
